I Would think that is some kind of major mistake. I would call on that. These things happen. Computer directed but human generated. Good luck!

Retake grades are actually based on type of test retaken. If it is multiple choice you will get the higher of the two grades. Any other type of retake you get the higher of the two grades BUT highest you will be given is 70%. So if you got 60 first time on NON multiple choice and 85 on second you will get a 70%.

Re: failing grade

It is good to make sure everyone understands that. On the multiple choice you could end up with 100 % on the retake but the other retakes are just a matter of ending up with passing the exam as opposed to failing it.

I just finished the last test for anatomy and physiology 1, does the proctored exam get mailed automatically or do i have to follow steps to get it mailed out?

When will I receive my Proctored Exam?

Once you have successfully completed all of the regular lessons in your semester, all of the grades have been posted and an accepted proctor is on file, your Proctor Exam will automatically be mailed out to your proctor at their address on file. You will receive email notification when the exams are mailed out, along with a letter that is sent to both you and your proctor so you may verify your proctor's name and address information is correct. You will then have three weeks to take the exam from the day your proctor receives it to take the exams.

Did you send your proctor form to the school?  If you have, you should touch base with your proctor so they can watch for it.

It would probably be a good idea to call Student CARE this week to make sure everything is in line.  Just a headsup, I think Monday and Tuesday are very busy telephone days for Student CARE.

Good luck and feel free to ask any other questions you have.

Congrats on finishing High School. You must be in one of the I think 5 states that won't let you do the Vet Tech program online. Good luck where ever you end up going for the program.

when does my textbook ship?

I'm ready to start my next class and it says that I have a textbook to use but when I go to look at my shipment history it doesn't say that it's shipped yet. Do I have to do something so they send it or will it automatically see that I need it for the next one and send it to me?

If the class has opened up so you can click on the first discussion or assignment, you should get your textbook in 7-10 days.  If there still isn't a ship date showing by Wednesday, you should call Student CARE and ask them to make sure you have done everything necessary.

Good luck!

Hi brittneywall

If there is a textbook, it should automatically ship.  If your program includes ebooks, they are available online.

You could also contact Student Services by email through your Student Portal or call them at 1-888-427-1000 to check on your books  Check out the below information for additional Book Shipments FAQ
