Ok, great. I believe after you take the "Retake Exam", only then can you see the correct answers to the questions you missed, as well as what pages you can find them on. I hope this was helpful!

Hey there Kalalawrence, if your are taking the E-Book version of the program then online books are not shipped. If the book is online you can find it on your "My Course" page, under "Program Supplements" then you will see "Vital Sources Guide", click on that and it will help you access your text book. If you need to access a study guide, that will be on your "My Course" page under the current course you are taking. Hope this was helpful and if you have anymore questions then please message me.

If I don't log off site and don't go to another web site on my device it keeps my place. I use my IPad for the study guide. If I log on to another other web site including Facebook it goes right back to the beginning.

I would suggest having your selected proctor fill out the form again and either mail the form to the school or email it to the school.
• Mail to 925 Oak Street, Scranton, PA 18515
• Scan and email to edserv@pennfoster.edu (include Proctor Form in the subject line)
Once your proctor is accepted that is when your proctor exams will be mail to him/her. Like other form submissions it could take up to two weeks for your proctor to be accepted and another two weeks for your proctor to receive your exams. This might seem like a long time, but look at it as an opportunity to get more time for studying!

Do I receive any notification when my diploma has been shipped?
I haven't gotten one but I completed the end course survey at 100% course completion.
I changed my address just recently so I'm worried it's been shipped to somewhere I no longer live at!

Yes, you are very correct. Study guides are digitalized but you can print them out if you like, but generally the shipped items are your textbook or textbooks Good luck in your studies

the study guides are online, but your course has physical text books that go along with it that you will be getting in the mail.
