It is not a good idea to put your student ID in here. They are able to look at your account without it. How long has it been since you paid it off? It can take 24-48 hours to update. If it is not updated tomorrow I would suggest calling tomorrow at 1-888-427-1000.

Have you registered already? You first have to schedule a date and time. Once you do that , then on your scheduled day you log on at your scheduled time ( best to log on few minutes early so you know everything ok) if you have already followed these steps then you need to get in touch with the instructor and relay the problems you are having. I took this course. You have to physically have the textbook first because you do the work from there and the interactive site. After you start the course and complete assignments , you then open up the exam to take online but the studying is basically the old fashioned way. There are many discussion boards that you must participate in as well. Those are very enjoyable too. The beauty of this class is the interactive site is same as textbook so you can use that on the go. The interactive site has a key code that comes with your textbook. When you receive it you just follow the directions to set up the online account that makes your studying mobile. F.Y.I. : The interactive site is only good for 6 months. I absolutely loved Art Appreciation . It is really more like Art History. I learned so much and now I have a much more varied love of art than before As well as the history. By the way, I got an A in the class and that was the icing on the cake. Good luck to you.
I think I may have misunderstood your question. I thought you were waiting for your Art Appreciation book. Now I realize you said you just finished. What class is it? If a textbook needs to be shipped it will take time . At any rate it should tell you it is in process on your shipping history. Then it will show ship date if it is a textbook or tell you if your study materials are available online only. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm taking the motorcycle mechanics class. The first test of mod 3 ask for an examination number and it is nowhere to be found on the online study guide! Where do i find it?

I would also like to suggest that you post question under your career forum. Someone in your course maybe able to help you sooner than someone in here.
The exam are normally next to the study guide. If you still haven't found it, you should probably go to the Help Center and send an e-mail to your instructor.

sharonbusiness He/she is having trouble finding the exam number to enter in. Some courses that has to be done. Do you know where The exam numbers are? I just copied and pasted above you what I found.
Also when you click on exam then select preview exam. It is on top of page. Too long on my courses pages to show complete number.
I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to do my Administrative Assistant assignments, is that the right one?
I was wondering how the preview worked if he needed the exam number to pull that up also.

Good morning, I have a question about graded essays. I am almost through my first semester in Early Childhood Education, I have done 2 essays in psychology and 3 projects in Health, Safety, and Nutrition for the young child. 1 of my projects in Health Safety and nutrition was RTN with feedback and the other two came back with grades of 100% AND 98%. I fixed my project that was rtn sent it back in and received a 98%. One of my psychology essays was just sent back graded with a grade of 73%. I'm so disappointed, psychology is not my best subject, nor have I been in school in over 20 years I work in childcare. It came with feedback but with a final grade, no chance to fix it and resubmit it for a better grade. I guess what I am asking is how do the graders decide when to RTN a paper to be fixed and resubmitted or just grade it really low and call it a day. I am really frustrated and disappointed, I have had a 4.0 up until this point and I would have liked to fix my paper for a better grade. Thanks
I think that may have been the problem because that seems to be the case for me. If it doesn't show current course completed I think you would need to make a request to open next one. That is probably the way it is programmed. Generally you would not want the next one opened till current finished because then the clock starts ticking on that one as well. Good luck!

The graders have a sheet that they have to fill out as they are grading the papers. All of the requirements have to be met before they can put a final grade on your paper.
If the paper is attached to you psychology essay, review it to see where the points were deducted. Make sure each thing they mark down is as they said. I had one essay that had 10 points deducted for an annotated bibliography. The final essay only required a works cited page. I contacted my instructor and got the 10 points back.
If there isn't a way to bring your 73% up, maybe you can make it up with your other assignments. I used to get all A's until I got further along in college. It's great that you have done so well up to this point, but you might have to be a littler easier on yourself. The important thing is that you do your best.

Hang in there. You have done awesome on all your other grades. I would suggest sending all papers to Smarthinking in the future to have them go over it. Without knowing what you got marked off for I have no way of knowing if that would have helped.
