That's weird how you can't take your exams before the due date. I think you should contact student care and talk to a representative about the issue. Hopefully, you can resolve the issue. Good luck with the rest of your studies!

Want to apply to colleges as soon as I can. I have already paid the program in full. I have read that there is a written test when looking for my answer? Is that something other then what is in the program exams or is one of them short answer instead of multiple choice?

I am at the point where I need to pick an elective. Have anyone took medical administrative assistance or small business management?

so a little confused on what classes I am needing to take to graduate, if they have a red arrow and say transfer credit, does that mean i still have to take those, or i already have credit for them?

It prepares you to take the certification test, but completing the course does not make you certified. I believe in the very last section in the course it has a practice certification exam.

You do get a 1 year membership with the AAPC, but I don't think the certification exam fee is included.

I have been emailing Penn Foster trying to figure out why it is taking a while for my second semester to start. I just sent in my proof of high school graduation form yesterday & have received nothing back from them. I finished the first semester in the beginning of November and just trying to get some feedback from people who also were/are starting a new semester.

If you have transfer credits for some classes, those classes do not need to be taken. The transfer credit covers those classes. You can call or chat with students services for further confirmation.
