Hello Shaneil: The School does not have a signed enrolment agreement form on file for you. This may result in study material releases being held up. There is a link on the "My Homepage" tab of your student portal that says to "Click Here to Sign Electronically". If you click on the link and follow the steps you can sign your enrolment form online and avoid any study material delays.

If the option to pay the study time extension fee is there. Does that mean I am eligible to have an extention? If i just pay the fee will it automatically apply the 6 month extention to my due date?
First click on the help center the click the button now that says find answers/ask a question. Then type a few words about your question and see if you can find your answer in the stuff that pops up. If you question isn't answered by doing that then click ask a question button. Type something in the subject bar then enter your question in the space. Choose the department your question is directed toward and select the support type you need and then submit your question.
Contact Student Care Services and they cancel auto pay for you.

You can also go to your instructor's profile and send him/her a message. It sucks, but once you establish contact the first time, it's not as bad each subsequent time.
I have currently completed 13 Lessons of Medical Billing and Co ding and feel that is it not what I had expected and would like to switch to Paralegal Studies Diploma Program. Also I need explanation on the lessons covered in the Paralegal Studies because it seems there are different course studies. Will it be possible to apply what I have paid toward another course study.

The fees for honors recognition should be paid directly to the chapter. You will have to contact them about the honor designation or receiving a refund.
