Hi Whitney Zurenda,

 

Have you been assigned a new student ID number? You will need that to create a new login and profile on the community. Unfortunately the student ID number follows the enrollment rather than you as the student, and the community login tied to it as well. Once you have a new student ID number, which will then cancel your original enrollment and an evaluation takes place to bring in any completed coursework, then you will be able to set up your new profile here on the community.

 

To talk more about this, you can call into Student CARE at 1 (888) 427-1000. They are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Eastern.

i need help with medical transcription exam 039825

This exam is a little confusing. Do I transcribe stuff where information is not provided. For example, on the gastroenterology chart notes she mentions two doctors that are not provided with our exam instructions. Do I transcribe this?@

Am I able to change the course I am doing? I started auto mechanics yesterday and think doing diesel mechanics/heavy duty truck maintenance would be better for me.

The automatic payment plan provides an instant discount for students who set up their down payment and monthly payments to automatically be processed from their credit or debit card. The full payment option provides the most savings when a student is able to pay in full when they enroll, and, the standard payment plan allows students to make their monthly payment by mail.

 

One important point to keep in mind is that our program was designed for students to complete their diploma with Penn Foster. This means that if you enroll with our school, you will be enrolled in the entire program and not just one subject or one grade level.

You should be completing your courses in the order they are arranged for you. Webinars are assigned dates and times they are live and you have to attend and participate. If it is a schedule problem you need to get in contact with student care 1888 427-1000 to speak to your instructor. Hope this helps good luck.

When you click on the Webinar, it will take you to the page that shows all the available dates an times.  If you are having a scheduling problem call Student Care at 1-888-427-1000

Since this is an exam question you need to talk to an instructor. Posting exam questions in here is like asking someone in a brick and mortar college to help you figure the answer out. Here are two ways to contact the instructor.

To contact an instructor by email:

Go to the Help Center tab on your student portal and click "Find Answers/ Ask a question" button. Type the word “instructor” in the search box and press enter. You will see a few articles that may answer your question (we will be adding more as time goes on) but if they don't,  click the Ask a Question link that appears on the black bar near the top of the page.  This will allow you to Ask A Question and the question will be directed to your instructor as long as you select the Instructional support in the drop down department box on the email page.

 

To contact an instructor by phone:
