If it is your second extension it does have to be done over the phone. I have never had problems when calling in. I would think they could process both payments at same time not sure though.

Sounds like you should call to straighten this out. I am sure they should just make the payment apply to extension as long as you are up to date on your payments. 1-888-427-1000

There may be a glitch in the system. Try clearing your cache then exit out of your browser then go back into the website see if that helps. I have never gotten an error code.
