So I know that I need to pay my Study Time Extension I got a letter in the mail stating that I did on the 15th of this month.
But it acts like the only way I can pay this is by contacting student services, and I don't really get what the deal is with student services but every time I call that number in the day time when they are supposed to be open. i almost always get a message back saying that this office is not open due some kind of staff meeting that is going on...and that I should call back in two hours.
but i literally get this message all the time when I call the number and I am not sure just why? is there no option for me to be able to pay for the extension over the web site or do I have to do it over the phone??
and one more question in regard to that as well.
if I do have to pay for that over the phone, is there anyway possible that I can take care of the extension as well as my monthly payment at the same time?
