I can understand why they would want to do things over the phone just lol sometimes using the student services phone # is a real pain since it does that weir stuff with it.
But I know that I have called other branches of pennfoster and they have been able to get me where I need to go as far as who I need to talk to.
I was hoping by the time the extension and my monthly payments came due I could be able to pay for all of this myself. But since I got fired from my new job, just cause the owner did not think I was going to end up being a good match with their company it kind of screwed me over.
And i am going to end up having to have my mother assistance with taking care of my payments this time around. I know she does not mind to a degree I kind of do.
Not that I am really complaining mind you just venting a little bit of frustration.
