if your classes are online delivery you should see a digital study guide that you need to read and do the exercises. When you feel comfortable you should take the exam. Then you have completed your course. Hope this helps.

the first step is to know you made the right choice in going back to school. Take one day at a time and don't be too hard on yourself. Think positive.
Hi Jazzelle,
When you enter a formula in a cell using Excel, start with an = sign.
= 75 * 0.14 would be 14% of 75.
You should get 10.5 as an answer.
If you are getting a value from another cell, you would make your formula similar to the following.
=A15 * 0.14
You are getting your value from the A15 cell and then multiplying it by 0.14.
If you are trying to find a percentage from an equation like 75 * A15 = 10.5
Solve for A15 by dividing both sides of the equation by 75 to obtain A15 = 10.5/75
A15 = 0.14
I hope this is helpful.
It would be a lot easier to help if you could give more information on your project.
I am not taking your course.
I just looked at the spreadsheet provided by TechX2.
Enter =E5/$E$18 in cell F5 then fill down the cells in that column.
Hit the % symbol in the Number box at the top of the Excel spreadsheet.
Since you are wanting to use the value found in cell E18 for all the equations in the F column use the $ signs.
If you do not use the $ signs you will have to write an equation in each cell or if you fill down you will get an error as when you go down one cell all the cells will go down one space.
I hope this is helpful.
Thank you so much!
If you search a phrase something like "not let open exam" in the Search box above it will give you a lot of links of people who have had the same problem. Those should have some answers for you.
Same for if you input something like "won't let me open my (...)" in the "Type your question" helpful support box.
Hey guys! I am currently working on my externship for Vet Assistant and I went ahead and enrolled in the Vet Tech program last night. Does anyone know if they can go ahead and transfer the 2 credits so I dont get held up to long? Or if i have to be 100% completed with my assistant program (it is already paid off).
Dear Alynn,
I see you are on Information Literacy. It appears as if you have successfully done some discussion board questions previously.
However, below is a screen shot, You must click on them from your My Courses page, read the questions being asked, type a response in the box and click "create".
If you have issues please follow these troubleshooting instructions:
Please log out of your My Courses page, refresh your browser, look at the instructions below and log back into your My Courses page.
The discussion board does pop up in a window. It could be in a separate tab on the browser and you may need to look for it. Please check other tabs on the browser where the discussion board appears. Also, you should allow the popups on the browser, if this is disabled, the user doesn't see the discussion board.
IF YOU MAKE UP YOUR OWN QUESTIONS THEY WILL BE MARKED AS RTN OR F AND YOU WILL NEED TO REPOST FOR A P GRADE.

I've been trying to call since yesterday morning and everytime that I do, I get a busy signal and the call just ends.
I can't find an email anywhere for student services.
I'm currently signed up for automatic payments and I'd rather have the manual pay/pay by mail option.
Hi Laura,
Beth does not have a direct email address for you to contact her.... If you would like to send an email regarding your experience, we would love to receive it and forward it on to her... You can email us at stuserv@pennfoster.com.. I will be sure to pass along your message from the Community..
Have a great day...
Jenn
Hi Alissa. Penn Foster's Student CARE is available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST through phone and email 1-888-427-1000/stuserv@pennfoster.edu Please email or call to change your payment arrangements.
Hi sierra_pimble!
So to get started with your program, under the "Program & Courses" tab, you want to click the button labeled "Study Unit" (previously digital study guide) and access the information for the lessons "Starting Your Program" and "Introduction to Computers" under the Orientation heading. Once you have reviewed the materiel in each lesson and feel comfortable with it, click the button titled "Take Exam"; this is how you will receive grades moving forward.
Also you want to utilize the "Resources" tab along the left side of your screen. There you will find helpful tools and videos on navigating the student portal, taking exams, and lots more!
Hope this helps! But please feel free to reach out with any additional questions!

Hello! Great question, and yes, our Vet Tech Associate's degree program is Nationally Accredited through the Distance Education and Accrediting Commission and the American Veterinary Medical Association. You can check out more information from other students in the program on the Vet Tech page under the College Academic Groups! Hope this helps!
Are you looking for a transcript from Penn Foster or another school?
hi Angie to graduate you must pay all of it and all exam must be done
I need help in this exam I don't know where to get some information's on it. Thanks
Hi the_potentate,
You can find a "Grade Report" on your portal; but if you are in need of a set of official transcripts, you can purchase them for a $10 charge by calling into (888) 427-1000.
If you were looking to get transcripts from another school as Kristen Schenck mentioned, you would have to get those from the previous school. We do have a form on your portal that we could direct you to, if this was the case, to make it easier to secure.

Hi jackbolttx,
We do run 48 business hours as Juan mentioned, however that isn't 6 regular days. Meaning, if the shipment was at the start of the pending status on a Friday, 48 business hours wouldn't include the weekend.
In your case in particular, there may be a bit of a delay because of the upcoming holiday.
Hope this helps! Reach out with any additional questions.
