I had to quit in the middle of taking an exam and now trying to go back into it, it says I need an exam number? Does anyone know what that means or where I find that or why or anything?
Your exam number is listed under your course description on the ( my course). It is the first page after you initially log in to your student account where all lists of your courses are posted. If it is your first time and could not find it , you should contact the student support team by phone 1-888-427-1000.

Hi bbrooks2014! You can change and update that information in the billing section of your student portal. Or, if it would be easier for you, you can call in to speak with a Student Advocate at 1-888-427-1000. They're in the office M-F 9AM to 6PM EST.
I keep typing in the test number to take an elective test- it keeps saying its not the number, but it is! Why?

You can call student care tomorrow at 1-888-427-1000 and they will be able to answer any questions. Usually, exams except for the multiple choice can take five to 7 business days to be graded. I've had them soon but it all depends on the class.

How do I find out my final grade for the semester INCLUDING the proctored exam?? The only thing I see is my Lesson Average, but this does not take the Exam into account. Please help!

If your proctor exam grades have been posted you will be able to find your final grades with the following steps:
1. Click on "My Course" from the home screen
2. At the top under the overall progress bar you will see an link "view grade history"
3. The above link will take you to a screen that shows all exam grades for the semester. At the top you will see a link that says "view grade report"
At this point you will be able to see your final grades for the class. I hope this helps to answer your question. If you need any further help you can reach out to me and I would be glad to help.

I am currently enrolled in Healthcare Management to obtain my Associate's degree. I have been doing much research, and feel that acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Penn Foster would be much more rewarding towards my future goals and success. Would it be possible for me to transfer my previously completed coursework within my current Healthcare Management program into that Bachelor's program, and complete the Bachelor's in Business Management with the remaining courses that are required to obtain that degree?

I purchased the textbook and the laboratory manual and I found the answers to the test yourself questions that are in the textbook but I could not find the answers to the laboratory manual. It says that it can only be accessed through an instructor and now I'm thinking it was a waste of money. But I would really like to use it to study if possible.
