Student portal will not let me log in. Keeps redirecting me to an error page that says, "Page cannot be found". Is anyone else having issues or is it just me?

Current unit not the next unit avaliable for exam
Currently it says I'm on the measurement unit but I need to take the decimal exam the exam prior but it will not let me, does anyone have this happen to them or know how to fix it?

Are you looking to do a retake or is this a first attempt? If it is a retake, you can only take if you failed the first time. Non degree is below 65 degree is below 70 to retake. If this is the first time attempting exam or you did fail and want to retake call Student Care.

OR, you can open your student portal, click on "Contact Us" on the right side of the screen, select "Find Answers", type anything in the question line and click search, and then select the "Ask a question" tab. Fill out the form with your question and submit it to the support team. A support team member will respond as soon as possible.

Hello!
I'd be happy to help you with that process. What you are going to want to do is either get ahold of Student Care or you can also from your student portal go to billing and payments and it gives you the option for an extension under the "misc" menu.

I agree it is very frustrating to have multiple instructors grading a paper. They are supposed to be using the exact same standards but obviously do not. This does not just occur in the Intro to Biology course it happens in Eng Composition as well.

Have you already used your free trial of Office 365? If so, they now have a monthly payment option which is what I did. I just payed around $7 and was able to download all the Office apps immediately. You are basically giving permission for them to auto-draft your account monthly to pay for it but its much easier than buying up front. Especially if you are on a tight budget as I am. You can also sign up for the free 30 day trial as well.

The title is always the question/topic. Everytime you begin a new course always read and/or print out what is required for the discussion board and/or webinar for that particular course as they can vary. Always check under resources at the top of each course before proceeding. Good luck!

It is just like updating your facebook to let everyone know what you are up to. It can be personal or an update on how you are progressing with your courses. Just click create on community and select status update. Good luck!

To update status click create and select status update. You can give update on how you are doing in your courses or personal life, but never give out specific personal information. Go under actions and edit that information out or delete the post. Good luck!

Re: Proctor Exam
On your home page select electronic forms, then select proctor acceptance forms and print it out. It has the criteria on the form, and you need the hard copy for you and your proctor to fill out, sign and send back to school. Good luck!
