can't take exams
I have completed all of my previous courses as well as read all of the study material but my exams for my current course are still all grey and will not let me take them... Does anyone know why this is and or what I can do to access them?

Hi Skyedeeds I would suggest you give it at least 24-48 hours before proceeding with Exams. Usually after that time period, your course will then unlock and become available. Refer to this document for more info Exam Issues FAQ

I have done the Research Project time after time after time! I've asked for help time after time as well. Nobody is giving the help I need. It's really starting to get irritating..
I've done exactly what is asks EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yet they still send it back. I've been doing it since April! I have other courses to do but I can't because they keep sending it back. Can anybody walk me through, STEP BY STEP, on what I need to do?

Corrected enrollment form?
When should I expect to receive an amended enrollment form? I can't take my exams because I haven't signed it because my enrollment form says there are monthly payments when I've already paid in full. I called student care already and I understand what happened, but was told I could receive an amended one via fax and still haven't received it. Also, I haven't gotten any confirmation that my marriage license was received so my name can be corrected. Is there any way I can get the status of these things?

From what I was just learning through the orientation things is that it can take a few days after an exam before you take take the other. I hope that helps and that I understood correctly.

Hi, I am new to the Interior Design Program and just finished Lesson 1 in Information Literacy. However, I am unable to access the exam or the discussion boards.. Can anyone advise as to why this is happening?

Your course and discussion boards will be open in 24 hours and you may take the exams. There is a 24 hour waiting period between courses.

I asked the same question when I called about my shipments they told me almost all of the subjects are online they don't send printed study guides anymore the lady told me once in a while they will send something in the mail if its required I don't know if that helps but I would call and talk to someone good luck hope you get this resolved soon!
