First get out your enrollment agreement and read it. This makes you aware of the Penn Foster cancellation policies. Then call student care at 1-888-427-1000 to review any and all options. Good luck!

A copy of your enrollment can be found under electronic forms on your home page if yours is not handy.

You will need to re-enroll. Basically just like you did when you signed up in the first place; you will have new paperwork to fill out. Just choose "returning student". You will have to fill out a new payment agreement. If you have a balance from your first semester, it will roll over into the new balance.

Where do I find the supplement containing the appendices and glossary? I need it to find what the dimensions are associated with I beams measured W 12 x 152.

I meant to say appendix H containing the required supplement.

On one of my exams I'm supposed to interpolate a contour between two points 50' from each other. My problem is that sometimes the calculation I get using any of the two interpolation methods it gives me, makes the contour distance too big to even fit between the two points.

You would have to give Student Care a call and see what they can do for you. You could also try extending from your student portal, but since you have already extended you might just be best off calling Student Care! Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I am seriously considering taking the billing and coding. I have already taken all but 4 of the classes listed in the medical transcription do i have to take them over or can i just take the 4 classes needed to get the billing a coding certificate?

What came to you that motivated you to go to school in the first place would be a good place to start. Sales mode 101. You have to believe in yourself and the tools in your toolbox to get you started. Start with your resume. There are places on the PF website that I've seen in my travels that help with things like this. I am fresh to my degree studies, so I haven't gone into 'job hunt' mode just yet. However, as with anything, only YOU can move your life in YOUR direction.

Some of the exams may transfer over. If you do decide to enroll into the Medical Billing and Coding program, please notify us as soon as you enroll so we can perform an evaluation of your other account to see what you can potentially receive credit for. Please keep in mind though that we cannot do the evaluation of your current course until you are actually enrolled into the new Medical Billing and Coding program.
