here are the steps to contact an instructor
1. from home page click help center
2. In the help center under Help & Support click on find answers/ask a question
3. Click on ask a question
4. Then fill out the form and this will get to the correct instructor.
Hope this help you get in contact. If you need assistance right away you can always call student care and they will get you in contact with your instructor.

I believe heema is not in high school (which the $75.00 extension would apply to) but in career school because PF offers the medical administrative assistant program in career school which it seems what they are taking. So for career school, the six month extension fee is $95.00

If your program recently expired, you can also pay the extension fee online on your student portal page where you "make a payment" if you have access to the internet.
If your program expired a while ago, I would definitely have you call in and speak with student services.

Can someone provide info on where we can get the Cat Atlas for Animal Anatomy & Physiology 2?
I would like to know if there is a place that we can order the Cat Atlas for Animal Anatomy & Physiology 2? If I upload it to Staples and have it printed, it is around $80, and that is not all of the materials.

If this was a discussion, an instructor probably reviewed it and found it did not meet the requirements. When I did the discussion boards I am pretty sure I got a P right away.

If you log into your Student Portal, under the "Billing & Payments" tab, there should be an option to purchase an extension through there, if this is your first extension. The fee is $75-$95, depending on your program. If this would be your second extension, you will need to call Student Care at 1-888-427-1000 M-F 9am-6pm EST. I hope this helps! Reminder you can get a maximum of two extensions through out you studies. For example if you use 2 extensions during first semester of an associates degree you will have none for the 2,3, or 4

How are you contacting vet offices? Are you calling or are you going in person? If going in person are you going prepared? I mean are you going in dressed as if you are going for an interview and do you have information with you on not just the externship but also information on Penn Foster. Have you checked with the closest VCA Animal hospital whom Penn Foster has a partnership with.
If you have pets, Have you tried contacting the vet office where you take them? That is a good place to start. If they cannot help you as for recommendations.
