They will only be able to see transcripts that you provide to them. That will only have your grades and courses completed listed.

Introduction to business
Is there something I'm missing in Chapter 6? I've gone over it multiple times, I took notes and still did not pass the exam. This is the only chapter so far that I've had trouble with. In the exam I couldn't find most of the answers it was like they weren't even in the chapter. Can someone tell me if there is some other material that I have missed?

Hi Emily,
I felt the same way too. Although I passed all of my tests my scores are not where I want them to be. I felt that some of the questions weren't covered in the chapters. I'm about a month in and is still new to all of this so I'm still learning as I go, but meanwhile I reached out to an Instructor just to be sure if I needed other literature and he said that everything is provided through the digital study guide for the Business Management Certificate program.

Why does my instructors feedback file for one of my projects say currently unavailable?
I submitted my latest project for my biology class. I received an email saying that my instructor send a file containing feedback. Usually Its easy to view what they have to say regarding your project. However when I went to view the file it says that the file is currently unavailable and I don't understand why.

Hello @shannonw To me printing was the best way for me because I didn't want to sit at the computer all day and night. I printed out my papers and I studied some during the day, but mostly at night. I had a lot of interruptions during the day while I was studying. Hope this helps.

Computer Assessment - Don't start the class assignments!
I already submitted my Computer assessment and I am waiting to find out if it P or F, I started to do a few of the computer class assignments (out of bordem from waiting on A&P Book) Now I am told because I started the class assignments ALL the work I did for the computer assessment wont be reviewed and I HAVE to take the class no matter what. Is this written somewhere? My assessment was returned stating "since I already started the assignments the computer assessment wont be reviewed".
I can't believe I did all the assessment work just to have to take the class anyway. I did not read that anywhere in the assessment guide!!! Has anyone else had this problem?.

The video says send an email to your instructor via the link on your student portal. So where is this link?

I would contact Student Services. They can probably send you a new form or direct you to where you can enroll online. Hope this helps!

To contact an instructor by email:
Go to the Help Center tab on your student portal and click "Find Answers/ Ask a question" button. Type the word “instructor” in the search box and press enter. You will see a few articles that may answer your question (we will be adding more as time goes on) but if they don't, click the Ask a Question link that appears on the black bar near the top of the page. This will allow you to Ask A Question and the question will be directed to your instructor as long as you select the Instructional support in the drop down department box on the email page.
