It depends are you talking about the Self Check in the lessons ? Because you don't have to do thoose but for test , you simply click Take Exam , and if your not ready you could Click preview exam so you can see what you need to know .

Hello Renae Ferrer: I am sorry to hear that you received incorrect lesson materials. I see from your record that you changed your address since Module 4 was shipped to you. You should contact Student care to confirm the address and to request a replacement module. You can call Student Care at 1-888-427-1000. Or, you can send an e-mail to Student Care from your portal. To do this you should click on the "Help Center" link on the left side of the portal page, click on "Find Answers/Ask A Question", type anything into the search field and click on "Search", and then click on the "Ask a Question" tab. Fill out the form, selecting "General Support" for the department, and submit it to the School. A Student Care representative will reply as soon as possible.

Hello, Valerie!
The Child Day Care Program does not qualify for the educational component towards the CDA. The CDA Certificate Program fulfills the 120 hours of formal education needed, however, This certificate only satisfies the “formal education” component for the CDA credential. Students must also have 480 hours of documented experience working with children in the last 3 years, and must apply for formal approval through the Council for Professional Recognition.

Hi you will not fail your classes. you need to contact student services at 1 888 427-1000 ask for an extra time which you will have to pay for. The amount can depend on when you enrolled.

Yes you can print digital study guides. when you open a study guide click your cursor at the top of the page and bu the page number you will see icons click the one that says print and it should work.
