Hi

 

I've been trying to contact Penn Foster about payment for the diploma level in Interior Decorating and i cannot seem to get through no matter how many times i call.

Can some one please advice how i can reach the office.

Which specific course are you referring to, please? If you submit a graded project it will be graded by the instructor after you submit it to the school.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble saving your study units. Have you tried logging into your portal using Chrome? Click on the file icon on the top toolbar which should let you rename your file or just save to your computer. Please let us know if you need more assistance on this,  you can call Student CARE 1-888-427-1000 or login to your portal and choose live chat.

How can I earn points and a higher status level?

Please mark accordingly everyone would appreciate it. I love helping other students and would do it without the levels. But since they are in place I like seeing my numbers and levels increase.

Would like to finally sign my reenrollmet for my 2nd semester. I signed in under mycourses but the form is not available. It only shows me the originally signed form for the first semester.

 

Can you please email me a coopy to sign.

Are you asking to change your payment plan to pay by mail option?  If so, the discount you were given for auto payment will be applied back on the tuition.  Please let us know so the adjustment can be done.

Payment for tuition

I recieved a email stating my tution was being reduced to $281.60 , my boss didn't get checks in today and I have a new card . I was going to pay another way but once I went to my account I seen it went back to $352.00 can anyone tell me why is that . The reduce tution is to be paid in full  by July 30.

There is probably a glitch in the system. From what I remember from last time there were reductions offered for paying off it was best to call in to make the payment.

Graded Project Computer Applications - 038235

I'm getting error every time while unloading Graded Project exam number-038235. I'm only upload partial file and get error. I got message from instructor saying "you did not upload all files" I tried second time and after uploading got error message "unable to upload files" but grades says RCD. I'm sure file not upload completely. I don;t know who is my instructor is ? Is there  i can send email attachment.  Maybe i will get fail in grades. I don;t know what to do? Please help I spent 12 days on that project and getting grades fail which is useless of study.

Wow, sarob23@!  I hope you enjoyed the sessions! In order to receive certificates for our webinars, you must attend a live session.  However, please note that the knowledge that you gained and reminders that were shared through the recorded sessions are still very valuable. Best, Nancy

I would call the school and chose the option for instructors. They will be able to help you there.
