Whenever I complete an exam it appears to not register on the My Courses home page. The progress bar will advance in percentage completed and it even shows I have completed the lesson on the Penn Foster app. It does not show anything in the My Grades section. I cannot advance to the next lesson until I have completed the previous. I am so confused as to why this is happening, anyone else have this problem?

does anyone know how i submit my summary for the med term webinar?
I was told for the recorded webinar in medical terminology that we just write a summary of the webinar and submit it to the instructor so they know that we watched it. But i am having trouble finding where i am supposed to submit it and to who. anyone know??

Any fees like the one you are describing have to be submitted through Student CARE by calling 1-888-427-1000. Student CARE is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

So, I finally got back all my grades yesterday. I also had filled out the semester 2 form months prior and completed the survey. When would my semester 2 course page open up?

Did you sign it and fax it to Penn Foster with your payment arrangements all set up? If so you should be receiving an email confirmation and it will be all set up shortly thereafter. Good luck!

Can I do a second extension?
I started a floral design course, paid in full and paid for an extension in September that expired in March this year. I thought I read I could extend it 2 times but unfortunately have not found where I could do this. This is heartbreaking to me as I have spent so much and taken so little of my courses. My mind was not thinking of school while I was caring for my husband through cancer treatments. I hope I can extended it one more time so I may finish this course and move on to wedding planning course.

Help, I have three tests left and you expired me
I have three tests left. I was trying to finish by April 12 which was the end date, but I didn't finish that quickly. I need to finish my least 3 tests in order to graduate. Can you please add on one more month?

Congrats on being so close to graduating MargoM!!! To get an extension to finish all your tests you can make a payment of $95.00 for an additional 6 months. You can make the payment today online through the "Make a Payment" option to the right on your Student Portal page or you can make a payment over the phone at- 1-888-427-1000 during business hours Mon.-Fri.

Here is some more information that may be helpful-
"Students are generally granted two six month extensions to complete the course if needed for a separate fee each time. (Please refer to your Student Handbook or Enrollment Agreement.) You can login to your portal or contact Student Care via telephone to make this payment."
