Thank you for your post.
The first thing you'll see is the challenge assessment. The challenge assessment is optional. Read over the instructions in the resources section for instructions on how to complete the challenge. If you decide to complete the challenge exercises, and they are acceptable, you will not be required to complete the remaining lessons in the Computer Applications section. You will be given transfer credit for this section and can move on to your next set of materials.
If you do not complete the challenge exercises successfully, you will still need to do the lessons. If you decide to not do the challenge at all, just start with the first lesson in this section.

No, failing one test does not mean you fail the whole course. Your overall lesson average must remain 65% or higher if you're in a career diploma, or 70% or higher if you're in a degree program.

Re: How long does it take to get correct exams answers
Hi there OVOJay is correct. You will not be able to see the correct answers for the questions that you have gotten wrong until you have taken the Retake Exam option. If you want to do this you have 30 days from the day you originally took the exam. Make sure that you go and check the answers you got wrong the first time around so you can study on those subjects to better prepare you.

For some reason my history textbook keeps jumping pages, how do I fix this?
I am trying to use my history textbook but it is acting very difficult. If I am on page 22 and try to move on to the next page it would jump to continents! Do you know how to fix this?

Computer Accounting Chapter 7 Balance Sheet
Computer Accounting Chapter 7 Balance Sheet in text book does not match Sage Application results. I see a 4 cents difference in the Inventory amounts. I went back to Chapter 1 and started again and still came up with the same results. All my "check figures" at the end of each chapter match. Did anyone else have this issue?

Not sure if it's possible for you to download the text book or not, but this might help if you can.
When you're looking at the text books in the browser, pages can only load so much before the page needs to refresh itself. That's probably what's happening when the pages not scrolling correctly.
Other students that I've helped in the past by recommending that they download their information because they experienced some of these type issues, said that by downloading the information to their computer, the problem was solved.

Hi Arcylene. All of Penn Foster's programs allow students two extensions, if needed. Each extension will extend your program 6 months. To get your name corrected on your student record you will need to send proof of your legal name. If you have never formally changed your name to your married name you will need to provide a copy of legal identification (ie: driver's licence).
