I called and was told that some changes were made about once you take a test, the questions change wasn't ready or aware of that. Now I have to choose another elective and that's Medical Administrative assistant pay the $50 and start that.

I Have office 16 and never had a problem. Just ask a question when necessary on your tool bar and it will give info. I also bought the Microsoft 2016 guide from Amazon at an affordable price. Well worth it, time saver.

Talk to Student Care 1-888-427-100, but get out your enrollment agreement and read it first. It has important information on it as well, and that will save you some time when you call as you will be better prepared when they explain your options. Good luck!

Your student ID card is mailed to you, usually about a week after you enroll. If you haven't received one yet, give Student Care a call at 888-427-1000 and we will be happy to order you a new one!

I am trying to click on take exam but it keeps taking me back to my homepage. Do I need to wait for the research paper to have a posted grade?

Hello. If you go on your student portal under student account and you should be able to stop the automatic payment. If you cannot do it that way call student services at 1888 427-1000. Hope it helps.

Once all of your grades have been posted for the semester you should be receiving an email from the school about your next semester.

You can activate auto pay on the payment screen, but I have not seen an option for cancellation. Call Student Care on Monday to expedite things. Good luck!

Unless that completes your program, you should be receiving an email for reenrollment for the next semester. Print it , fill it out, and mail it or to expedite things, fax it to the school. Good luck!.
