When I download the instructor feedback I can't read it why is that please help

Yes, I talked with them last week.

After making payments and starting my second semester when should I expect my text books to be shipped because as of now they do no even have a shipping date next to the text book name.

All study guides are available online. Shipping would take up to 7 to 10 business days or more; depending on how far you live. Hope this helps.

The attachment in the message we received is a PDF form so that Penn Foster can get our HS Diploma on file, but the message is clearly a little buggy. There's a link to the PDF in the thread as well.

I need some help here.

I would think you need to call the school and tell them that you want to cancel. Depending on the time frame I wouldn't know about the money back issue. But for sure call them ASAP.

I'm in one of the college programs if that matters. When I go to the forms section the shipping waiver is there and says:

"Electronically review and complete this form if your account is paid in full and you wish to receive the remainder of any applicable study materials.

Click Here to Complete and Sign Electronically"

But all of that is in a light grey font, rather than the black of the other form descriptions, and even though it says click here there's no link. I have paid in full. I only recently started, could that be part of the problem?

The message you received was supposed to let you know that we will need proof of your High School completion. You can send this proof by filling out the form at http://lessons.pennfoster.com/forms/Proof_of_HS.pdf and sending it back to the School by mail, fax, or e-mail. Thank you.

I did not know I needed these programs. It was not on the description. I do not have these programs....what do I do?

As MS Office is expensive, you can also use Open Office which is free and very similar to Microsoft, you simply convert the files. Free Office Software!

Hi Stony Sorry to hear you want to cancel/withdraw but as Erin said, it's best to call Student Care 1-888-427-1000 asap in order to discuss your options given that you did sign an agreement. All the best!

Hi jkwelty13 Usually an Exam will be triggered after 24-48 hours, then the course will become available. See Exam Issues FAQ for more info. Good luck!

Hi mascalia Does your shipping status say 'Preparing shipment' or 'Online delivery only. No materials will be shipped'?

Since I was not aware that I needed these programs, is there any way I can

get a refund for the program? I can not afford to buy these programs at

Open Office is a free software, did you check it out? Once enrolled at PF, each Student is provided a copy of their Students Handbook available on the Student Portal plus during the Admissions process it is also readily available for download. It lists the system requirements and what is needed to complete each program:-

So o assuming that's a no to the refund!?

GOT THE KEY CARD TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE AND THE PEOPLE AT MICROSOFT COULD NOT BE LESS HELPFUL.TOLD ME TO CONTACT PENN FOSTER.ARE THEY STUPID??WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO? THE KEY CARD CAME WITH A NUMBER TO CALL MIROSOFT TO SET UP.NOW WHAT?
