I would recommend that you take the pre-exam first before taking the actual test. Print out your pre-exam and study if along with your Study Guide. That helped me out a lot. You can retake you exam again.

Re: Download eBook as PDF?
ram30penn, I believe you can print out your pre-exam which it should be at the very end of your Study Guide. Yes, you can have your Study Guide open and your pre-exam in front of you. Just print out the pre-exam first.
Re: Download eBook as PDF?
Thanks! I'll do that next time.

Re: Trying to view digital study guide but keep getting error message
Hi ram30penn
Yes, it is possible to have the study guide open in one tab, and the exam opened in another tab.
Just a suggestion though, it might actually be easier for you if you opened two separate browser windows side-by-side, one with the study guide and one with the exam. That way you can see both at the same time.
If you've never tried opening two browser windows side-by-side, let me know. I'd be happy to assist.

Re: What???
IT is best to preview the multiple choice exams, then take the exam when you feel comfortable answering the questions. Good luck!
Re: Trying to view digital study guide but keep getting error message
Sounds great! Thank you so much!
I'll have the Windows next to each other next time.
Talk to you later.

Re: i just started my first assignment on my computer, is there any way i can request books for my assignments cause i have a printer but no ink so im hand writing things down?
Hi Shadia!
You will receive printed text books for American History, Earth Science, Biology, World Geography and Literature. All other classes are online only. You are absolutely able to print out the material on your own, if you wanted. You will receive your first shipment with the American History textbook once you get closer to that class.
Best of luck with your studies!

I paid in full and signed and faxed in the waiver how long until my books get shipped out?
I was just wondering if I can get all my books shipped out as soon as my waiver is seen or do I have to wait until I get to a course with a textbook. I have paid in full and faxed in the waiver yesterday around 1.
Where it says program completion date, do I need to complete the exams by that date or the externship? Or is that just for the exams

Program expiration date is how long you have to complete your current semester. If it is not completed by that date, you will need to request and pay an extension fee. Good luck!

A phone call to Student Care at 1-888-427-1000 is generally required to have all books shipped after account paid in full.
