Trying to view digital study guide but keep getting error message
Just wondering is it an issue with the website, my computer or do I just need to install the latest version of Adobe? I've tried to view my digital study guide more than once but I keep getting a 404 error message.

If you're a new student, it sometimes take 24-48 hours before your study guides and exams are available.
Also, could you provide the # of the Study Guide that you're trying to access?

Hello Otencia Francis: Thank you for contacting us with your request for help. I see that you transferred from Dressmaking into a new program. If you need assistance or have a question you will have to contact the Instructors here at the School. To e-mail a question to the Instructors from your portal you should click on the "Help Center" link, then click on "Find Answers/Ask A Question", type anything into the search field and click on "Search", and then click on the "Ask a Question" tab. Fill out the form, selecting “Instructional Support” for the department, and submit it to the School. An instructor will reply as soon as possible.

I know that it's taken me 5 months to reply to your very helpful message, for some reason I did not see your message until now. I could blame it on how "horrible" I am when it comes to the web. My sincere apologies. I did manage to open my Art Appreciation course eventually. I was sent a second textbook, because the system said I did not receive my textbook even though it was shipped to me with the rest of my textbooks. I never got to use my key code though. Thank you once again and my sincere apologies for the very late response.

what page is the sample full day schedule on for the curriculum in early childhood education graded project?
the instructions say to look at pages 310-323 but i don't find anything of use. i saw other people say it's on pages 322-323 but that is just the beginning chapter pages and i cannot find anything in the index.

All exams passed, no email or link to enroll in 2nd semester?
I have completed and passed all of my first semester proctored exams. From other posts I see that I am supposed to receive an email with a link to enroll in my second semester. I haven't gotten it yet. What's the hold up?

Do you get an email/message when your proctor exams are mailed?
I finished my last semester assignment 2 days ago, and I've already sent in my proctor acceptance form. Do I receive an email once my tests are sent? Do I even receive an email once my proctor had been accepted? I'm just not sure what I'm waiting for now.

Can I use my criminal justice credits for the current program?
Hi, I am trying to see if I can use my transcripts from my previous schools in my current program but it not the same subject. But if not will I need to change my program so my credits can be used for an identical program. Look forward to know about this issue because I would love to use my credits for this program and school.

I have completed classes that are transfer credits that are not counted in my % progress. That may be your situation as well. If not, you can call Student Care at 1-888-427-10000 for clarity. Good luck!

Hi. I'm not in dressmaking, but I'm sure if I was, I'd be drowning too. I'd like to take it someday, but I don't have a knack for sewing or anything like that. Sounds like you've transferred into some other class - hope you like it better than dressmaking.
I'm at the end of my class, and just have the final project to do. For some reason, it's kinda overwhelming and scary, even though I think I can do it. Sometimes just doing one or two little things towards the completion of it helps, or even just saying to yourself, "Okay, I'm just gonna do this for five minutes". Then, after 5 minutes, you may want to do another 5, and start making some progress that way.
