Sometimes if you switch your internet browser that can resolve any issues you may be having accessing your studies. Google Chrome tends to work best with our website. If this doesn't work I would definitely suggest reaching out to Student Care to have them take a look at your account. Student Care is available Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM EST and the phone number is 888-427-1000.

What happens if instructor refuses to grade projects.
The instructor keeps refusing to grade the projects that I'm turning in for computer essentials. It seems like he will not give anything other than a perfect grade. These are the last times I'm turning these projects in, I have changed things around. What happens now, if I can not get these two projects graded. If I do poorly, I should be graded poorly, not treated poorly

Reenrollment and semester progress
I just finished my first semester and my proctored exam has been graded and I've gotten course averages for all my classes. How do I go about reenrolling for the next semester? Do I have to print and send it or can I do it electronically or is a form sent to me? Also it says my progress is only 93% completed for that semester but I don't know what else needs to be done.....

I thought I would be able to set up monthly payments online, but I cannot find the option. Also, I currently work for an animal hospital that will pay for half of my schooling, how can I set that up?

Unsolicited advise from an ol' man who, on occasion, tripped over my emotions in lieu of allowing for sound , thoughtful judgment. Possibly you may consider taking a step back and rethinking your approach with PF? No doubt, I have no clue what are your drivers but I would like to think the potential employer would be empathetic to your situation and provide some flexibility if they really value your potential services. Sorry to waste your time but just saw glimpses in your note of what certainly does not work. Good luck as "things do happen for a reason"-

I have completed my program when will I receive my diploma, certificate or degree?
Once you have completed and passed all subjects and paid your tuition in full, you will get your
- high school diploma 2 to 3 weeks after you take your last exam. If you have any failed subjects then you will have to pay for re-takes, which the HS department will mail you about.
- certificate or career diploma: in 2- 3 weeks
- degree: 2 - 4 weeks

I noticed your other posts regarding Penn Foster, and see that Stacey Witkowski has been trying to assist you with this.
I would hope that an employer would take into consideration that your paperwork is on it's way to you, and maybe focus on your "learned skill set" and "expertise".

I think i am missing my HCPCS books. I am freaking out
For Medical Billing and Coding i want to know what materials i need. I believe i am missing HCPCS books, i was trying to code for an exam and realized i dont even have the books.

You don't get book for that course, they give online link to book. You will have to have the book for CPC test though as ebooks not allowed.
