That is how I submit mine too. It is automatic on my Microsoft Office 2016. That my be issue.

The course ID is found on the Penn Foster site on your "My Courses" page. You'll scroll down to the section with the SimChart EHR. Look under Resources. Underneath "Syllabus" is "Simcharts Course Code". Click on that (I believe it's a PDF) and then copy and paste the course code on the PDF to the Evolve site. That will get you into the program. Is it possible to send a screen shot to see what you are looking at? It's found in the Electronic Medical Records section. It's the second line under that. The first is syllabus. The second is "Simcharts Course Code". Click on the book icon and it will open a PDF. That has the course code underneath it. Best of luck!

For anyone that has the same question, I contacted the instructor over the weekend. The reply was that the "odd numbering" was correct. It doesn't have the numbers 1-9 but all over the place starting with 3 and ending in the 100s. If anyone was wondering what I was, it looks as if that is the way it should be. PF the worst school
Here we are again - I paid my tuition IN FULL - the funds have been withdrawn from my bank, my balance at PF shows $0.00 - YET -here is the kicker folks - I will loose my job offer because PF will not state I graduated. Yes, I received a letter stating I completed the course, full of spelling errors - great reflection of the school by the way - PF has NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY - and will not give an inch because their system is a century behind - very simple really - you pay, you complete the course - you graduate - I will not recommend this school nor continue taking any degree courses here. PF is worse than immigration. PATHETIC.

Were you awarded a certificate? Was one mailed to you? I do understand that graduation is not compulsory, it is a ceremony. For me, in addition to receiving my certificate of completion, i want to attend the physical graduation, whichever part of the US.
I believe your job is more interested in your certificate and not if you graduate. So ask for your certificate and present it to your job. If it makes you feel any better, Pennfoster, usually do a completion letter that will charm anyone. Did you get one such letter.

I did not get anything - PF refuses to acknowledge that I graduated - I do not care about a ceremony , certainly not in my 50's. For some reason in the US employers care what you did or did not do some 20 years ago.
I paid, they MUST acknowledge that I graduated and finished. This is ridiculous. But I did get a letter FULL of grammatical errors which makes PF look stupid or at least as ancient as their systems are. I finished with an A average - but no official acknowledgement.

I'm so sorry you're frustrated. I would like to offer assistance if I can. According to our records there was an email sent to you with the letter that you requested on Friday the 20th. Was that not sufficient? If not I can see if there is something else that we can do for you.
When a student has fulfilled their academic and tuition requirements, their completion documents get sent to print then mailed to the address on file. I say this because I can see that you are a graduate, congratulations! I can also see that your completion documents were sent to print and will be mailed out this week. That will include your diploma, a set of transcripts and a completion letter.
I understand that you need something sooner, so I can offer a few items. I will go ahead and email you a grade report (you should already have it in your email inbox), which is similar to transcripts just not considered official because they are emailed. I have emailed it to the address on file.
Also, you can have a rep call us from the company that has provided you with a job offer if you had a privacy release on file here at Penn Foster with their information filled out. All you would need to do is fill out the privacy release form that is available on your portal with the contact information for the rep at the company. They would then have the ability to call into Penn Foster's Student CARE and the Penn Foster rep would verify that you are indeed a graduate. You can find that form in the column directly beneath the message center. Click on electronic forms and find the privacy release form. Fill that out and fax or email back to Penn Foster and the company can call and we'll speak to them on your behalf.
Please let me know if there is anything else that you think you'll need to verify your status as a graduate with Penn Foster.

tests are being graded
Ive completed my program. Im still waiting for my 2nd to last test to be graded, which was submitted a week ago. How long does it take to grade a paper? Ive never had this trouble before.
