Shipping waiver not generating
I have paid in full and meet the requirements for receiving the remaining course materials. When I click the Next button to proceed with the waiver, it tells me there's an error and that my username, password, or both are invalid. I don't understand why there's an issue with that. I'm going to be traveling for some time starting next month and would really like to have everything so that I may continue studying. If I could get some assistance here, that'd be great. Thanks.

I don't know about the career diploma but the high school diploma is accredited majority of colleges in tech schools i asked about penn foster they accept.

there really isn't a gpa but at the end of the course or when you finish up the whole program all you have to do is add up all your average grade in divide it i believe in you get a gpa average like for example last year i added all mines up in got a gpa score of 4.1

I Believe getting a career diploma is more about training to get an entry level job. I have earned certificate diplomas taking adult education classes many years ago but I was never able to convert them to college credits. Many people just want training so they can quickly obtain employment. That is why you can access and complete these courses in very little time.You should talk to Student Care to see what their policy is. Good luck.

Did this happen after you tried to download the waiver? Do you have it setup for pdf files? Have you downloaded files before? It also may be the device you are using. They are not all user friendly. If all else fails you may need to talk to Student Care. Good luck!

The IT department has been notified that the link to the Shipping Waiver isn't working. You could use the Electronic Forms "Download" link in your Student Portal which will open the Shipping Waiver form in pdf.

Technical difficulties making online payments
I am attempting to make a payment online, with no success so far.
I have already searched for the "Make a Payment" option under the "What would you like to do?" heading in the Student Portal, but this does not appear.
When I do click on "Make a Payment" link provided by the account alert in the Student Portal, all it does is redirect me back to the login page. When I log in, I go right back to the Student Portal page, thus going in circles and accomplishing nothing.
Although it is after hours, I attempted to call the phone number listed in the "Monthly Payments" info page, as it claims to let you make "payments through our automated phone system 24 hours a day." While I was allowed to leave a message for a callback, I found no automated service option allowing me to actually make my payment.
I hope this gets fixed and made more user-friendly soon. I don't find it very promising when a school or business makes it more difficult for you to give them money.

Hello everyone,how long have you been here?
Hello everyone, I just started yesterday and was wondering how long did it take you to finish? I am already on 8% goals and have on my goals and have completed three subjects already and also writing down my personal notes. I have not even gotten my materials shipped yet. Due to me being a stay at home home I am able to work online 24/7. I have seen others who have been on here for months or even since last year. So I was just wondering. My goal is to finish by next month.

You have to reenroll. You should get an email with enrollment form. Download it, print it, fill it out then fax it to expedite the process. Mail deposit or select payment options on form. Once they receive it, within a week to 10 days it should all be ready to go. Good luck.

There are many different programs so many require a great many courses to complete. What program are you in? I am in the Associate program for Finance and am 3/4 finished. I had advance standing though due to the transfer of credits. Welcome to Penn Foster and good luck with your program.
