The Lifelong Learner Award acknowledges the hard work of students who have successfully completed five or more Penn Foster programs by providing them with free education; unlimited access to all 200+ Penn Foster programs for life! The criteria to qualify:
- Successfully completed all academic requirements of at least five programs*
- Met all financial obligations associated with those programs
Student records are subject to review by committee prior to becoming a Lifelong Learner. Some restrictions apply* / A. Certificates under $400 in total price. / B. Certificates that consist of one lesson. / Certificates that have a small number of lessons, all of which are encompassed in a more comprehensive program (Example: Gourmet Cooking Certificate). / D. Certificates that do not teach any type of marketable job skill, but are intended for personal use only (Example: Natural Healthcare for Pets)
We will be announcing more information regarding the Lifelong Learner Awards for 2016 in the near future, so please watch for announcements here in the Community.

Hi, Jessica!
When we have received the exams and processed them for grading, an "RCD" code next to the Proctored Exam, listed under each of your courses, indicates the exam has been received by the school and is currently awaiting grading. A grade will be posted in place of the "RCD" once this process is complete. This process sometimes takes 7-10 days, but you may see a grade posted much sooner.

If your exam was submitted in the RTF format your instructor may not have been able to open it. We suggest to review the instructor feedback and criteria for the exam, and resubmit in the required format We also suggest checking the examination number to be sure you are submitting the correct exam.
