Can you still retake any exams to bring your grade up? You generally have 30 days from date you took exams.

If it has been over 48 hours (in business time (no weekends or holidays) you should call student services first thing Monday morning.

On My Courses page check under shipment. If it says in the process they are getting ready to ship. If it shows a date it was shipped, then it is a waiting game. Good luck!
