I feel the same way. I have been using index cards to learn my terms. I write term on the blank side and what it means on the lined. Also with writing it down it helps as well.

If the program has expired go to the payment page and see if you have an extension option. If so you can just pay the fee and get an extension. If option not shown call Student care at 1-888-427-1000...

On your home page check under shipments to see if shipment in progress then date shipped. Once shipped they arrive fairly quickly. Good luck!
