Student Care 1-888-427-1000 is only open until 6p.m. If you cannoy contact them in daytime , you may need to email them. Also make sure you have Adobe Reader open in order to access the information....

That is correct. Without your books you wont have the necessary materials to prepare for the exam . My books came in a matter of days, so if you already have a "shipped" date it wont be long at all....
