I want to receive my books now. All of them. If i am supposed to be able to complete this course at my own pace, why have I not received the books!?

I have completed a course, moving on to the next one and it tells me I need to wait 10 business days for books (once they ship?!)

also i cannot move on to a new course of course. how do i fix this? I paid for these books months ago, why have I not received them?
