Once I complete the CDA program, can I switch to the Associates degree program? Do I have to completely pay off the CDA program first? Or can I add it onto the cost of the Associates?

I am a participant of the CDA certificate program. I completed the program rather quickly. Is it possible for me to switch over to the Associates degree program and add the remaining balance of the CDA program to the cost of the Associates program? Do I have to wait until I completely pay off the CDA program costs before moving on to the Associates program? Also, is the cost of the Associates program any cheaper since I completed some of the credits needed already?
