Your semester or program may have surpassed its expiration date. Students are allotted a specific time frame to complete the semester/program. You might need to request a study time extension. Extensions add 6-months to your account giving you enough time to finish the semester. They cost $95. You can attempt to purchase it through your Student Dashboard or call Student CARE at 1-888-427-1000 next week. Hope this helps you!
