Who do i need to contact to file a complaint ?

Here's the problem. I called Penn  Foster today because i had a question to ask concerning  some confusion about my book shipment . I sat on hold waiting  for my turn to get to talk to a person at Penn Foster.  I sat on hold for 45 MINUTES! When it was finally my turn and the stupid automated person said your number 1 in the que the next thing i know it says sorry we are now closed please call back during normal business , needless to say I'm extremely  ****** right now.  I sat on hold for 45 mintues for nothing! !!

So i need to know who i should speak to tomorrow first thing in the morning.  It was not right at all for the system to hang up on me when i was next in line.  It wouldn't have killed the next rep to answer my call to have to click out 2 minutes later then normal.  HELLO it's  called customer service and it looks really bad on Penn  Foster as  a company to not provide customer service.

So here's my problem. I took my last online digital exam. I'm now to get books for my medical terminology  and body systems. Online it shows that is preparing  my shipment, its been that way since Monday,  hello  is now thur and my books  still haven't left your facility. Why not? ? Yet the automated system says books are being shipped,  so does that mean my books  have already been shipped and it just hasn't updated on my acct, or does it mean there still sitting in the facility waiting to be shipped next week so that in the mean time i have nothing to work on?

I sure hope some one at Penn  Foster  sees this and make me top priority  and get my question resolved and to explain why after sitting on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on by Penn  Foster,  or file a complaint  with who ever i have to.
