Are you using Chrome? This particular platform your program is using, does not have a highlighter to allow you to highlight on the screen. When you log into your portal and open a course you can see the helpful "note" section to your right, ready for you to highlight, copy & paste any notes you want to save on your lesson. You can save, change or delete words phrases or sentences. You can also insert your own words or notes or without having to copy & paste. Below, is an example of a page in your lessons where I did a screen shot to show you this. I highlighted a sentence, and then copied and inserted into the notes section.You must press enter for the note to be saved. You can delete the notes at any time. The second screen shot shows where I saved some personal notes for example. If you hover over the note a grey "x" appears allowing you to delete the note. I hope this is what you were looking for!
