Writing for my wife, the graduate.
What should have been a highlight of my wife's life after coming to this country, the Penn Foster experience has turned into a nightmare. We went to register for the graduation but there were only two guest spaces available. Three of her teenage children and I wanted to attend with her but since Student Care was closed we had to wait to call when they were open to see if any extra tickets were available. By that time, registration had sold out and what should have been one of the happiest days of her life has become an incredible disappointment.
This marks one of many points in which Student Care doesn't.
Does anyone know when the Spring graduation will be held?
