Since this posting I have received my missing textbook and because I made the request I have also received material for my next class.
As far as shipping method, I agree it would cost more money and am suggesting that it be an option the student can make. I cannot speak for everyone but I am sure that I am not the only one that would not have an issue paying the extra money to have a tracking number to verify the shipment was even made.
