I had an issue some what similar. A few years back I signed up for criminal justice, well ended up getting a promotion at my job so I never got to finish. But recently attending but chose another program. Long story short I called them the next morning because I was unable to log in. They fixed it right away. some how I signed up with the same email but created a different username, so it wouldn't let me log in. so from experience, give them a call if you haven't already. good luck!
