Just wondering if anyone else is getting furious with shipping. Due to non-school-life issues I'll only have a few weeks to complete my semester... if I ever get the books! They shipped on the 19th, 10 days ago, so I still can't call the school and at this point I'm 95% sure they're not arriving Friday, which is when I'll call. I'm sure they send them what my friend refers to as "23 day mail" again. Anyone else really unhappy with this kind of stuff? I love Penn Foster, but the shipping is ridiculous. If most companies can do free 2-3 day shipping at $20-40 dollar purchase, PF can afford to send our books and proctored exams faster than this. Mostly a rant, but seriously, am I the only one? What are your stories?
