If you have a concern about a question you should contact a support team member at the School. You can call 1-888-427-1000. We have phone hours from ONLY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME, Mon-Fri.
OR, you can open your student portal, click on "Contact Us" on the right side of the screen, select "Find Answers", type anything in the question line and click search, and then select the "Ask a question" tab. Fill out the form with your question and submit it to the support team. A support team member will respond as soon as possible.
