Hi there,
I spoke with my success coach the other day about how to get the Proctor form to fill out letting Penn Foster know who that will be and all the information needed.
He told me I could find it on my student portal, Resources, Student Catalog and forms. However, the form is not there. Is their a place in which I can print it out or will it be sent to me? It was my initial understanding it would be sent and I should fill it out as soon as possible, however all I have gotten is my student ID. Any help would be appreciated.
