Nor sure if this is where I should ask this, but hopefully someone can answer it.
I am wanting to change programs, so I contacted Student Care by phone yesterday. I kind of got the run around, being transferred from one department to another, to admissions and back again. No one seemed able to help me out or know what to do. Finally, a representative told me to send an email requesting my course be cancelled, include the reason why, and to also include my student ID number. She informed me that I would receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.
I sent the email yesterday (24 hours ago) and have not received a reply as of yet. I would like to have this processed as fast as possible so that I may get started on the new course.
So what I want to know is if that is the correct way to get my course changed?Cancel the one I am currently enrolled in and then re-enroll in the new course? How long should it take to process The cancellation?
And finally, if my current program is cancelled and I have to re-enroll, will I receive a refund for the money that is in my account?
If anyone could help me out with this or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated
