I need to drop out, HOW?

Hi,

i am currently working full time and just cant keep up with the courses, i have finished only 39% of my program in the last 8 months, definitely not where i wanted to be

i paid in full and am looking to drop out of the Vet tech program, change of career choice as well and would like some of my money back.

how do i go about this?

and no i do not want to extend my program.
