Yesterday, while taking a proctored exam my laptop turned off (poor battery)... So I called and asked what I should do. I was told that they would reset the proctored exam and that I would have to take another exam and start from the beginning. (NO PROB). So, I asked if I had to pay the $10 fee again and the woman helping me said no.
Here is the issue. I was never given a PAYMENT TOKEN. Not in my email or in the unread messages in the Message Center.
Where do I find the PAYMENT TOKEN and/or who do I contact about a PAYMENT TOKEN?
Do I have to wait until Monday when the offices are open? Or can this be taken care of today? It is imperative that this is taken care of today...
