Congratulations on getting to the end of the semester. Sometimes it can be the holidays or the cooler weather that slows us down. It is important to get in the right mindset, and I find it helpful to set the stage with a quiet study space, some soft classical or relaxing music (instrumental is best), and after a good nights rest or good workout. Also give yourself some credit for all that you have accomplished, and try to visualize how you will feel when you have reached your goals! You can do it, and I wish you the best of luck!
