Are you calling Monday through Friday 1-888-427-1000 during normal business hours? Their schedule has been different due to the holidays. When they fall on the weekend, they close on day before or after holiday to celebrate the holiday on a weekday. I have never had an issue so maybe that is why you have not been able to reach them.
