Anyone else having an issue with being able to upload the digital study guide so you can see them to be able to take the tests? I'm not sure if Penn Foster has changed the rules or not, but I used to also be able to jump around classes in the same semester, and now it seems I have to finish each class before moving on, confused, please help.
