I know the exams during the courses are multiple choice, but the proctored exam is not. Go through the self checks at the end of each chapter in the textbook and make sure you're able to answer and explain each process and system. The topics the book spends a long time explaining should be questions that require more in-depth responses on your exam. Definitely make sure you're paying attention to your time. You only have an hour and there's a front and back to your exam questions, so if you can't immediately think of a response skip it and come back if you have time. Also try to make sure you answer the questions worth the most points first. Hope this helps!
