What is the biology textbook that is currently used for Vet Tech students? I have been waiting for my book and contacted student services to see where it is and they have no shipping information whatsoever.

I have tried contacting student services to see where my book is but they have no tracking numbers or shipping information whatsoever to be able to tell me where it is. If it's in a bookstore or library I can at least get started reading it.
